Changing Lives in the Phillipines

- CVC helps a young boy who recently suffered a stroke. The Hesed Low Vision Care team visited today the SPED center of Balagtas Central School to inform the school principal and the Sped teacher that low vision care services is available at Hesed center.

This boy suffered stroke, and is needing eye care. The Sped teacher would be looking for a someone who could bring the boy to the hospital for eye assessment.
